​Black Cat comics has been rockin' in milpitas since 2002! Mark and Francie are devoted comic book junkies who love spreading the awesomeness that is comic books to the population at large.

"I’ve been reading comics for twenty years now and it all started with the Marvel Essentials line. After reading Stan and Kirby’s run of Fantastic Four and Chris Claremont’s X-Men run I have been a fan of comics ever since. I’m into a range of other Nerdy things such as the Universal Monster movies, Sci-Fi, and conventions. As a fellow collector of old books I am always happy to talk about the good old Marvel days and the new comics coming out each week." - anthony

"So I've been into comics for four decades. I feel like the old comic veteran. My very first comic was a Spider-man comic and from there I never stopped. One of my happiest moments was discovering my first comic shop. it was like Christmas! And now 'm an elf! Big Marvel and DC guy love my independents. A story about a cat

Black Cat Comics is named after our sweet, lovable black kitty named agnes. She captured the hearts of all she met. She always found a lap to sit on, a face to lick and had a raging purr that could wake the dead. she passed in 2012 after being with us for 19 years. We miss her every day.
